Why hire Pet Assist? Insurance!
Pet waste removal services are billed according to four week billing cycles (see below). We can email a link for secure online payment (MasterCard, Visa and Discover accepted). Payment may also be made by check or money order and mailed directly to the main office. Make checks payable to "Pet Assist, Inc" and mail to 2 Albemarle Rd, Norwood, MA 02062. When payment is received your pet waste removal service will be confirmed.
Pet waste removal service is not scheduled on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
Holidays
All pet waste removal service requests and changes must be made through the main office. You may contact the main office through this web site, or by emailing service@petassistpetsitting.com, or calling 781-762-2078. Pet Assist will respond to your message within 24hrs. We are not responsible for any pet waste removal service requests or changes that are not communicated directly with the main office. Please make service requests at least two business days prior to the day you want your service to begin. Requests accepted with less notice will incur a $25 rush fee.

Inclement Weather
For the safety of our pooper scoopers, service may be postponed in the event of inclement weather. We will make every effort to complete your service as soon as it becomes safe to do so. You will not be charged for any pet waste removal service that is canceled due to inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy
Pet waste removal service may be canceled at any time with at least 24 hours notice. If we have not received a 24 hour cancellation notice the service will be charged in full.
